The focus in 2025 appears to move away from dramatic, trend-driven overhauls towards a more refined and evolved aesthetic. Among the key elements highlighted are textured glass, unlacquered metals, Zellige tiles, and warm-stained woods. These features represent a shift towards a more natural, artisanal feel, blending both form and function seamlessly.
One of the stand out predictions involves textured glass. In recent years, ribbed or fluted glass has gained popularity, particularly in cabinet fronts, for its ability to break up monotony. However, in 2025, designers are leaning toward softer, more organic textures such as waved designs or Flemish glass. This shift introduces a handcrafted, artisanal element, adding depth and refinement to kitchens without fully exposing their contents.
