NFM, part of Berkshire Hathaway's Top 100 furniture division, has topped Forbes' list of the best customer service in the home furnishings sector. The retailer secured the No. 17 position overall and emerged as the leader in this category. Mattress Firm followed, ranking No. 40, while American Furniture Warehouse (No. 50), Rooms To Go (No. 76), and R.C. Willey (No. 78) completed the top five home furnishings retailers.

The remaining companies in the top 10 for customer service included Raymour & Flanigan (No. 97), La-Z-Boy (No. 114), Williams-Sonoma (No. 165), The Container Store (No. 241), and Bob's Discount Furniture (No. 242). The UPS Store led the overall rankings, followed by USAA, Chick-fil-A, REI, and Trader Joe's.
Forbes, in collaboration with research partner HundredX, developed the second-annual list, which was compiled from a 12-month survey involving 181,000 individuals across the United States. These participants provided approximately 4.4 million ratings on their customer service experiences with over 3,500 brands.
The list highlights those retailers that have excelled in delivering quality customer service, ensuring positive shopping experiences.
