Spanning 25,780 square feet, the new store features both a ground floor and a mezzanine level, offering a comprehensive range of furniture and home accessories. Customers can browse products for every room in the house, including sofas, beds, dining tables, storage solutions, and lighting options.

The store also includes dedicated sections for renowned brands such as Tempur, Duresta, G Plan, Harrison Spinks, and Hypnos. Exclusive collections further enhance the shopping experience, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences.

Charlie Harrison, managing director at Furniture Village, expressed enthusiasm about the new opening. He stated: 'We are absolutely delighted to open the doors to our newest store and our first ever in Scotland. Straiton Retail Park is a popular shopping destination for furniture and homeware in Edinburgh, and so it was the perfect choice for Furniture Village's first store in Scotland.'

Harrison described the launch as an important milestone for the company, reflecting months of planning and preparation. He added: 'This is an incredible milestone and achievement for the business and has been many months in the making. With several more Scottish stores in the pipeline for 2025, we are excited to continue our geographic expansion and bring our fantastic furniture and accessories to even more customers throughout the UK.'

The Edinburgh store's opening highlights Furniture Village's commitment to growing its presence in Scotland and providing quality products and service to a broader audience. As the company moves forward with its expansion plans, it aims to cement its position as a leading furniture retailer in the UK.
