Colours
Burgundy is set to emerge as a stand out trend, offering a rich, opulent feel that works well with smaller home accessories. Royal blue, known as cobalt blue, will continue to shine, bringing a sense of luxury and timeless elegance. 'Royal blue evokes feelings of dependability and calmness, making it ideal for creating a serene and stylish space,' Jordan notes.

Cool sage, or mint, will replace previous sage tones, creating a calming and revitalising effect. This colour is perfect for bedrooms, offering a restful atmosphere. Deep violet, with blue and red undertones, will bring a contemporary yet classic feel, associating with luxury and creativity. Truffle brown, with its luxurious, taupe-based hue, is being described as the new black, offering a moody but comforting appeal. Mocha brown, featuring peachy pink undertones, remains on-trend, blending effortlessly with other colours to enhance interior spaces.

Furniture
Modular sofas are set to dominate, offering flexibility and customisation to fit specific living spaces. Velvet sofas are making a strong comeback, with their luxurious texture and easy maintenance, such as removing dust with a lint roller. The Katie sofa, upholstered in teal velvet, is a stand out piece expected to make a bold statement.

Bold-coloured sofas are also making a return, with maximalist trends embracing bright hues like deep blue, emerald green, and burgundy. Plush and stylish sofas prioritising comfort will be key, ensuring a cosy yet chic interior. Curved sofas are becoming increasingly popular, with designs inspired by biophilic and Japandi aesthetics, offering rounded edges and non-traditional shapes. The Diane sofa, featuring a curved back, chaise, and textured fabric, is a perfect example of this trend.

Dining room
Bold colours are expected to make a surprising comeback in dining spaces. Rich hues like deep blue, emerald green, and burgundy will replace the neutral tones that have dominated in recent years. 'Bold shades inject character and warmth, creating inviting dining environments,' Jordan notes.

Bedroom trends
Character-filled walls will become increasingly popular, moving away from the minimalistic, clean aesthetic of the past. 'We are shifting towards deeper, more expressive colours such as burgundy, royal blue, deep violet, and truffle brown, which add personality to bedroom décor,' Jordan explains.

In 2025, interior trends will focus on creating luxurious, lived-in spaces that blend comfort, opulence, and bold design choices. As these trends take hold, homes will become a reflection of personal style and warmth.
