Ripples unveils new showroom in Norwich

Bathroom retail chain Ripples has expanded its presence in the UK with the opening of a new showroom in Norwich, bringing its total number of retail locations to 21. Situated on Unthank Road, the Norwich showroom showcases a selection of premium products from Europe's leading luxury bathroom brands. Among the offerings are hand-painted boat baths, elegant concrete basins, brushed gold brassware, and marble tiles, all aimed at inspiring clients to design bespoke bathroom solutions.

Ripples, established in 1988 by Roger and Sandra Kyme, began with a single store in Bath and has since developed a nationwide network of showrooms. Renowned as one of the UK's top franchise businesses, the brand prides itself on combining high-quality products with personalised design services led by its in-store teams.

Liam Corcoran, owner and director of Ripples Norwich, expressed his enthusiasm about the new showroom. He stated: 'Having gained nearly 20 years' experience within the bathroom industry, I understand the importance of every part of the process; from sourcing quality products and creating inspiring designs, right the way through to the final installation. I'm looking forward to bringing my knowledge and passion for bathrooms to Norwich and to be doing so with the support of the wider Ripples family.'

The opening in Norwich follows Ripples' milestone 20th showroom launch at the end of 2023, with new locations in Tunbridge Wells and Lindfield. The company continues to grow its franchise network, with notable figures such as Imran Azam, who operates showrooms in Wokingham and Beaconsfield, discussing the rise of franchising in the KBB sector on a recent episode of The kbbreview Podcast.

With its focus on blending luxury design and tailored customer experiences, Ripples aims to solidify its reputation as a leading name in the UK's bathroom retail market while continuing to innovate and expand its reach.
