This strategic acquisition allows Kuzco to broaden its product offering by combining Insight's architectural lighting expertise with Kuzco's LED technology and design capabilities. It also signifies a commitment to investing in U.S.-based manufacturing, with the company planning to maintain Insight's existing sales representation.

Insight Lighting, which has been a pioneer in the energy-efficient design market for nearly three decades, is known for its vast array of products designed to illuminate various architectural features such as coves, ceilings, walls, façades, and other details. The company has developed industry-leading white and colour-changing LED platforms, along with custom optic designs. Among Insight's notable projects are the newly renovated Orlando International Airport and the state-of-the-art Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.
