Leolux Furniture Group has announced significant changes to its management team. In a commitment to continuity and growth, the company has decided to review its management structure to better respond to the challenges of the market.
"Our priority is to continue the course that Leolux has taken in recent years and ensure the trust of our shareholders, customers and suppliers," explained Bernd Jan Klein Entink, executive board member at Leolux Furniture Group. "Given the complexity of the current market, we have decided by mutual agreement to reshape our management structure."

One of the most notable changes is the departure of Hans Filippini as CCO of Leolux from 31 January. Since 2013, Filippini has played a crucial role in the family company's international sales, marketing and communications. "Hans made a significant contribution to our multi-brand strategy, and under his leadership we made important steps in working with our partners and digitising our sales channels," adds Klein Entink.
Under Filippini's leadership, Leolux also opened the state-of-the-art Leolux Experience Centre in Breukelen, which set a new standard for brand experience and storytelling. He also co-initiated Destination Design, a successful design fair that brings the industry together.
As Filippini's successor, Leolux welcomes Hans Kokkeel as its new CCO. Kokkeel brings with him a wealth of experience and an extensive network in the retail and B2B markets of premium designer furniture. "With his background at Royal Auping and his in-depth knowledge of brand identity, design and craft, Hans Kokkeel is the perfect candidate to lead Leolux into its next phase," says Klein Entink.
These changes mark a new chapter for Leolux, with the company focusing on stability and sustainable growth. "We are immensely grateful to Hans Filippini for his commitment and dedication to Leolux and wish him all the best in his further career. At the same time, we look forward to the fresh perspectives and energy Hans Kokkeel will bring to his new role," concludes Klein Entink.
