Andmore, Dallas Market Center and Emerald Expositions have partnered with Gift for Life to launch various fundraising initiatives. Andmore's "United for California" campaign includes a $10,000 donation to World Central Kitchen, which is providing on-the-ground relief. The campaign also features donation QR codes and signage across its Atlanta and Las Vegas campuses, alongside outreach to tenants to encourage further contributions. Matthew Tripsas, World Central Kitchen's director of community fundraising, praised the industry's support, highlighting that donations directly fund fresh meals, water, and aid for communities in crisis.
Dallas Market Center has initiated a social media campaign to raise awareness and funds, while NY NOW is combining social media efforts with onsite signage and is organising a Gift for Life Happy Hour on 2 February at New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Similarly, Andmore's Shoppe Object will hold a fundraiser from 2–4 February at the Starrett-Lehigh Building in New York City.
WestEdge Design Fair is working with its charitable partner, Hollywood Food Coalition, which continues to assist those in need, including wildfire victims. Megan Reilly, co-founder, confirmed the organisation's commitment and highlighted ongoing support for nonprofits such as A Sense of Home and Venice Family Clinic. WestEdge Design is also sharing volunteer opportunities via its Instagram platform.
Savvy Giving by Design is reaching out to affected children through its Go to Your Room initiative. This effort provides comfort boxes containing items such as blankets and journals, aiming to deliver hope and healing to children who have experienced significant losses.
Support for rebuilding efforts is also growing. The Expert has introduced a Rebuild Hotline, offering free video consultations to home-owners who have lost their properties. Design firm House of Honey is distributing furnishings through its Soft Landing Project, using its Los Angeles warehouse to donate new and gently used items. Additional contributions are expected from Arizona designers coordinated by Jaimee Rose Interiors.
Lucas Studio, an interior design firm in Los Angeles, and its showroom Harbinger, are collecting donations of furniture, lighting, textiles, and more. Those interested in donating can contact Joe Lucas directly.
The industry's response demonstrates a commitment to aiding victims during this challenging time. Organisations continue to create opportunities for both financial support and practical assistance, ensuring that affected communities receive the help they need to begin rebuilding their lives.
