Marazzi Group is awarded Top Employers Italy for the ninth consecutive year

Marazzi Group, a leader in the design and production of ceramic and porcelain
stoneware for flooring and wall coverings, delivered a total of 12,641 hours of training –
the equivalent of over 1,500 working days – to 2,373 people throughout 2024.

These numbers testify to the company's ongoing commitment to the well-being of its
employees. A concrete and continuously developing path that has led, for the ninth
consecutive year, to the achievement of the prestigious Top Employers Certification,
which recognizes corporate excellence in HR policies and strategies and their
implementation to contribute to the well-being of people, improve the professional
environment, and the world of work.

Mauro Vandini, CEO of Marazzi Group.

Within a broad and structured training plan, Marazzi Group has paid particular attention
to the issue of safety, considered an essential pillar to ensure a protected work
environment every day. Confirming this commitment, 60% of the total training hours provided were dedicated to safety.

Mauro Vandini, CEO of Marazzi Group, states: 'The Top Employers certification represents much more than a recognition for us: it is the confirmation of our daily
commitment to the well-being of people, with special attention to their safety, which for
us is and will always remain a priority. Furthermore, we support various local realities, contributing to spreading values of responsibility, sustainability, and attention inside and outside the company.'

To promote a culture of well-being for people at 360°, in January 2024, the important
training program People-Ness was launched, designed and developed by Marazzi
Group for the entire company population. It has already provided 500 hours of training
and involved more than 200 people, almost 70% of whom are women.

With the support of industry experts, People-Ness addresses topics related to psycho-physical wellbeing, the enhancement of diversity, and the improvement of relationships, with the aim
of representing a true path of personal and collective growth.

A commitment to the well-being of employees and the work environment that
distinguishes the entire Mohawk Industries Group, with the Top Employers recognition
also obtained by Marazzi in Spain and by Emilceramica, one of the most important
companies in the ceramic district of Sassuolo acquired in 2017.
