Seletti @ Maison&Objet 2025

'Paris is always a special occasion for us, and Maison&Objet is the place to share our design philosophy'

Seletti, the Italian brand symbolizing creativity and experimentation, renowned for its figurative design style, returns to Maison&Objet with new releases, iconic bestsellers and its disruptive and ironic vision of home design. With unconventional upholstery, playful reinterpretations and fresh collaborations, Seletti continues its journey in the world of contemporary design.

'Paris is always a special occasion for us, and Maison&Objet is the perfect place to share our design philosophy,' says Stefano Seletti, the brand's art director. 'Everytime we work on new proposals for our collections is an exciting process: we enrich beloved projects while challenging ourselves with new ideas and collaborations. I believe this energy and passion are what make each of our pieces unique and recognizable.'

Superfurniture is a tribute to the post-modern design of the 60s and 70s, a movement that transformed furniture by breaking away from established aesthetic traditions. Bold colours, ironic shapes and a visual language that challenges conventions, define post-modern design, creating spaces that are dynamic, playful and free from the rigidities of traditional interiors. With Superfurniture, Seletti embraces the legacy of this iconic period, maintaining the same creative and irreverent vision that has deeply influenced contemporary design. For over 20 years, the brand has passionately explored these vibrant aesthetics, adding new proposals that celebrate irony, graphic elements and colour. This year, the collection expands with new pieces, including chairs, stools, high bistro tables and a square table – all born from careful material research and manufacturing techniques, but always staying true to the mission of defying conventions and pushing the boundaries of design.

'We wanted to explore a visual language that is iconic, ironic and at the same time accessible,' say Hello Again's designers. 'We are inspired by a time when design wasn't afraid to break the rules, and that freedom is what we've tried to bring into our pieces.'

Love in Bloom's success continues with a new version that honours the sacred heart tradition. Holy Love in Bloom is a decorative vase embodying love, with refined details, flowers, and a scroll on which to write a name, a dream or an ideal.

With this new interpretation, Marcantonio elevates the vase into a universal icon, bridging cultures and traditions, turning an ancient symbol into a unique and personal design object.

Seletti also proudly reintroduces several of its iconic pieces that continue to define the brand's style and essence. Returning with the same innovative and irreverent spirit that made them famous, these pieces honour successful concepts while staying true to their identity.

Among these are Brainwash, the skull soap dish by Propaganda, and Dreamlike, Marcantonio's lamp that invites daydreaming. Hybrid, the famous tableware collection that celebrates the fusion of styles and traditions, pairs with Kintsugi, inspired by the Japanese art of repairing ceramics with gold. Gabriele Picco's Nuvola lamp, a poetic tribute to lightness and dreams, joins Pixel Mirror, pop-inspired mirrors recalling vintage video games. With Vitamin, Marcantonio transforms fruits and vegetables into luminous sculptures, while Classics on Acid by Diesel Living with Seletti reinvents the table with a psychedelic and irreverent aesthetic. Magna Graecia celebrates Italian tradition with terracotta vases of archetypal beauty, while Piece of Me by Uto Balmoral redefines imaginary relics as precious domestic sculptures. Finally, Innerglow Mini by Marcantonio explores the human element, bringing to life a luminous and intimate work of art.
