Pedrali at Maison&Objet 2025

'The ethereal exhibit featured a dreamy atmosphere using soft celestial blue architecture as a backdrop'

From 16–20 January 2025, Pedrali, the 100% Italian design company, participated in the 31st edition of Maison&Objet in Paris, presenting their stand, #PedraliColoursofLightness, designed by DWA Design Studio. Situated in Hall 6, the booth showcased a blend of originality and innovation in interior design, spanning a 130 sqm space with three thematic settings.

The ethereal exhibit featured a dreamy, transparent atmosphere using soft celestial blue architecture as a backdrop. This was complemented by delicate shades and bold product colours inspired by artists like Giorgio Morandi and Luigi Ghirri, integrating colour as a core part of Pedrali's identity. Each scene recreated various indoor and outdoor environments, with collections displayed on raised birchwood platforms.

First setting: indoor comfort
The Buddy and Buddy Oasi collections by Busetti Garuti Redaelli showcased generously sized ottomans and sofas with movable backrests, designed for flexible and collaborative spaces. These were paired with Diego side tables by Jorge Pensi, featuring adjustable aluminium bases for enhanced functionality. Lighting was provided by Tamara pendants by Basaglia Rota Nodari.

Second setting: outdoor elegance
The outdoor setup featured the Rizz table by Robin Rizzini, with its distinct die-cast aluminium legs, and Narì armchairs by Andrea Pedrali, inspired by 1960s forged iron garden chairs. The scene was completed with Twiny rugs by DWA Design Studio, made from recyclable polypropylene yarn, and a full-height version of Hevea by Victoria Azadinho Bocconi, blending greenery with indoor aesthetics.

Third setting: en plein air living
An open-air living room showcased the Nolita sofa and Nolita Relax armchair by CMP Design. The modular Nolita sofa featured steel tube structures and waterproof cushions, while the Nolita Relax armchair added summer charm with its transparency and comfort. The setup also included Caementum coffee tables, wireless Giravolta lighting, and Twiny rugs. The Nolita collection, marking its 10th anniversary, celebrated Pedrali's heritage, originating with Mario Pedrali's 1963 metal garden chairs.

Additional highlights
Lounge areas incorporated Ester Lounge armchairs by Patrick Jouin, exuding elegance with harmonious proportions, and Blume tables by Sebastian Herkner, featuring marble tops. The Lamorisse lounge and sofa by CMP Design offered a contrast between solid ash wood frames and soft cushions, using FSC-certified wood. The versatile Buddyhub Sideboard, designed for modern workspaces, served as both storage and a room divider.

A charming outdoor corner highlighted the Philía collection by Odo Fioravanti, inspired by traditional Italian garden chairs, paired with Elliot side tables by Patrick Jouin. Philía's steel tubular frames and PVC cord-wrapped seats evoked a relaxed "dolce vita" lifestyle.

Through innovative designs and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor elements, Pedrali's participation underscored their dedication to functionality, sustainability, and timeless aesthetics.
