The average kitchen sale amounts to €11,930, according to a report by KitchenAdvisor

KitchenAdvisor has published its Kitchen Report 2024, marking the third annual release of the analysis which focuses on consumer interests and market trends. The report reveals the average kitchen sale price at 11,930 euros, slightly higher than the 2023 Statista average of 11,325 euros but below the 2022 peak of 12,359 euros. Despite a competitive market, KitchenAdvisor stresses the importance of digital strategies for success.

Managing Director David Striegnitz emphasised the need for retailers to maintain a strong online presence across multiple channels to secure and retain customers. 'The declining market situation clearly separates the winners from the losers,' he warned, urging businesses to address outdated websites and incomplete information or risk being left behind.

The report highlights leading brands with strong digital performances, such as Nobilia and Nolte, which receive 31,100 and 18,100 monthly search queries, respectively. On Instagram, Marquardt Küchen and Plana lead the pack, with Werkhaus Küchen topping individual retailer accounts with 50,600 followers. KitchenAdvisor stresses that a well-executed digital strategy can also help physical retailers capture regional value, engage customers, and enhance post-sale experiences.

In conclusion, KitchenAdvisor's 2024 report underscores the growing role of digital marketing in the kitchen industry, suggesting that retailers with robust online strategies will have a competitive advantage in an increasingly digital landscape.
