Founded in 1830 in the Vosges region of France, de Buyer has built a strong reputation among professionals and cooking enthusiasts. The brand offers a wide range of products, including cookware made from various materials such as steel, copper, and stainless steel, as well as mandolins and pressure pistons. Other brands under La Brigade de Buyer include Rousselon Dumas-Sabatier, a celebrated name in French cutlery, and Scaritech, which manufactures small appliances for bakeries. Additionally, Pebbly, acquired in 2022, focuses on environmentally friendly kitchen accessories.
In 2024, La Brigade de Buyer achieved a turnover of €66 million, with approximately half of its revenue coming from international markets. The company employs 290 people across three production sites in France.
