Revor Group has signed a letter of intent with a rival bed and mattress company to explore the possibilities of acquiring two sleep brands, the workforce and premises. This marks an important step in a possible new partnership within the bed and mattress industry.
Revor Group, which is headed by Jan Maes, wants to acquire Aquinos Bedding Belgium. This involves the acquisition of the Beka and Lattoflex brands. The companies are currently in an exploratory phase where the feasibility and benefits of a takeover are being thoroughly evaluated. It is important to stress that no final agreement has yet been reached. However, both parties are striving to reach a final agreement, they informed.
At Aquinos Bedding Belgium, they do more than just produce beds. About two or three weeks ago, the company colored pink. In this way, the bed supplier made a 'sad' Monday extra cheerful and at the same time supported Pink Ribbon Belgium, an organization dedicated to breast cancer.
