24/7 Creative Agency is headed to Las Vegas to produce the fourth edition of IDS‘ VIP Designer Experience at KBIS

24/7 Creative Agency just announced its role in producing the fourth edition of the Interior Design Society's (IDS) VIP Designer Experience at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), taking place from February 25-27, 2025. This year, the tour opens to both IDS designer members and non-members, responding to requests from the design community to expand the tour's audience.

Serena Martin, the founder and president of 24/7 Creative Agency, shares her honour in continuing to create synergy between interior designers and KBIS brands. She says, 'Each year I look forward to inspiring our tour guests with exciting brand discovery by building a multi-events program that delivers world-class education on Kitchen & Bath Design.' Martin also notes that the decision to open registration to both members and non-members is a response to the growing demand from the design community over the past three years.

Martin, with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from SFSU and over 15 years of experience in the interior design and wholesale manufacturing industries, continues to lead the production of the IDS VIP Designer Experience at KBIS for the fourth consecutive year. 24/7 Creative Agency is well-known for its creative marketing strategies, connecting and uplifting the design community, particularly within the home, furnishings, and kitchen & bath sectors.

Created in 2021, the IDS VIP Designer Experience supports interior designers, especially first-time KBIS attendees, by helping them navigate one of the largest trade shows in the industry. The event is held annually, providing valuable resources and connections for designers.

Wendy Glaister, the tour host and IDS member, expresses her excitement for returning to lead the tour. She highlights how it offers not only product inspiration, but also an opportunity for designers to build lasting relationships with kitchen and bath brands. She says, 'Our tour experience offers more than just product inspiration; we nurture and build new relationships that connect designers to K&B brands that can take a lifetime to find.' Glaister, recently named Person of the Year by Kitchen & Bath Business Magazine, has served as the official tour host for four years and is a key advocate for the IDS VIP Designer Experience.

Jenny Cano, Executive Director of IDS, shares enthusiasm about the continued success of the VIP Designer Experience, noting the growing number of designers participating each year. She explains that IDS is one of the country's largest interior design organisations, with over 2,500 members and 20+ chapters across the United States.

The tour, primarily aimed at interior designers unfamiliar with KBIS or first-time attendees, provides a world-class education in Kitchen & Bath Design. Each tour brings 50 IDS designer members to meet with 8-10 exhibitors, with two tours scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th. The morning tour runs from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, and the afternoon session from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Tour guests receive free registration to the show and full access to over 75 educational sessions, five stages of inspirational content, and more than 700 brands.

In addition to the insights offered by the tours, the VIP Designer Experience includes personal introductions to exhibitors, allowing designers to learn about the latest trends and products in kitchen and bath design. Glaister, alongside her fellow hosts, leads participants through selected booths, showcasing key innovations and fostering valuable connections.

TOTO USA also partners with the IDS Designer Experience, offering exclusive tours of their booth, which features innovative products like NEOREST and WASHLET designs. Jarrett Oakley, Director of Marketing at TOTO, expresses excitement about working with IDS and offering designers a chance to explore high-performance, beautifully crafted products.
