A fire broke out at, Denmark's largest wood producer, on Monday evening. Emergency services from both Denmark and Germany responded to the incident at the factory, located near the Danish-German border.

The fire started when a conveyor belt motor at Frøslev Træ short-circuited, igniting sawdust in a nearby container. Firefighters quickly contained the flames, preventing significant damage.
Mads Ries, response manager at Brand & Redning Sønderjylland, praised the factory's employees for their swift action in alerting emergency services. Frøslev Træ's CEO, Martin L. Petersen, also commended staff, stating, 'We have some fantastically attentive colleagues who responded quickly and correctly.'
The fire caused damage estimated at approximately 5,000 kroner. Petersen added, 'Fortunately, it wasn't worse.'
