Former PSV player Xavi Simons, one of the greatest Dutch football talents of recent years, has put his luxury villa in Lieshout up for sale. The 21-year-old attacking midfielder, who currently plays for RB Leipzig, recently signed a contract until June 2027 with the German club, meaning he no longer needs his villa in the Netherlands. The asking price for the property is 1,295,000 euros, which would give Simons a profit of 205,000 euros, as he bought the property in 2022 for 1,090,000 euros.

The villa, set in a wooded area, has a living area of 230 square metres and offers six rooms, including five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The luxurious kitchen and the converted basement, which serves as a wine cellar and mancave, are notable features. Outside, there is plenty of privacy thanks to the surrounding trees and there is a double garage. At the same time, the location offers a quiet setting and proximity to Eindhoven, supermarkets, schools and nature reserves, ideal for nature lovers and car enthusiasts.
