Serra, who began his career as a salesperson at Mobalpa Chamalières, has steadily grown within the company, acquiring both the Chamalières and Issoire stores before launching this latest venture. The Aubière location, situated in a high-traffic commercial area, strengthens Mobalpa's reach across the southern sector of Clermont-Ferrand.
Designed to enhance customer experience, the store also features a "mirror kitchen" concept to illustrate price variations without compromising aesthetics or quality. Serra has assembled a team of five designer-salespeople and a manager, ensuring strong customer support. The store also houses the back-office operations for all three of his Mobalpa locations, improving service efficiency.
Serra stated that he relies on a team of "reliable and loyal employees" and has appointed his Chamalières manager to oversee the new Aubière store. With integrated technical and installation teams, Mobalpa aims to provide customers with a "unique and peaceful shopping experience".
