Scandinavian kitchen group expects growth in 2025 despite uncertainties

A kitchen group is projecting increased revenue and operating profit for 2025, with expectations of turnover between 1.25 billion and 1.4 billion DKK. This would represent a positive growth compared to 2024, when the company achieved revenue of 1.2 billion DKK and an EBIT of 90 million DKK. The group anticipates operating profits between 90 million and 120 million DKK for 2025.

CEO of TCM Group, Torben Paulin expressed "cautious optimism" for the year ahead, citing factors such as decreasing inflation and lower interest rates. However, there remains uncertainty around how these changes will impact consumer confidence and the housing market. Despite this, the company expects revenue growth in its core markets, Denmark and Norway, driven by a recovery in the B2C segment and a potential improvement in the B2B project market later in the year.

The group, which owns Svane Køkkenet, Tvis Køkkenet, Nettoline, and Aubo, is also set to take full ownership of the online kitchen retailer Celebert in the second half of 2025. The company currently owns 45% of Celebert and aims to acquire the remaining 55%. This move is expected to help streamline operations and enhance sales through better control of its online retail channel.
