Messara Living has partnered with premium European flooring brand Kiwi to bring an innovative hybrid-resilient flooring solution to the Middle East. This eco-friendly product is made from 80% recycled wood and 20% paper and binding material, completely free from PVC and toxic emissions. It is also waterproof for up to seven days, making it a durable and sustainable choice for modern interiors.

To celebrate the launch, Messara Living hosted an exclusive event at its new showroom on Umm Suqeim Road, Al Barsha 2. The gathering welcomed esteemed clients, contractors, and influencers, including designers from Sobha Realty. Attendees enjoyed live music, smoothies, interactive games, and a showroom tour showcasing Messara Living's premium offerings, such as outdoor rugs and high-end European furniture.
A key highlight was a panel discussion featuring Shahad Alselmi, Marketing and PR Manager at Messara Group, alongside Kiwi executives Robert Schneider, Fabian Koelliker, and Gerhard Fischer. They discussed the potential of Kiwi as the first natural wood-based flooring with a waterproof click-installation system.
The event concluded with a raffle draw, awarding three winners a full living room flooring renovation. Kiwi flooring, available in six exclusive colours, is now on display at Messara Living's Dubai showroom.
