Riisfort Holding A/S has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Wallmann A/S, one of Denmark's leading distributors for the flooring and construction industry.
Over the past few years, Wallmann A/S has purposefully positioned itself as a significant advisor and supplier of floors and building products to Danish flooring stores, lumberyards, DIY chains, builders, architects and contractors, where the keywords have been innovation, credibility and sustainable solutions.
The operation of Wallmann A/S will continue unchanged from the current locations and with Wallmann's highly qualified workforce.
With this acquisition, Riisfort Holding A/S underlines the company's long-term commitment to being the preferred supplier of decorative surfaces within wood-based products to the Danish market. In addition to Wallmann A/S, Riisfort Holding also owns R. Riisfort A/S and the two companies will continue as independent companies under joint ownership.
