Quickly falling in love with the creative freedom the discipline offers, her experience in the commercial property sector has seen her progress from junior designer, to senior designer and design manager, before securing the Head of Design role at Kerr in 2020.

She believes that flexibility and choice are key to enhancing colleague comfort enabling teams to deliver their best work, with inclusive workplace design offering businesses the best return on investment on their office space. Sarah has worked on numerous impactful projects.
One example being the transformation of the Grant UK office space which has been recognised and shortlisted for a number of awards. She is incredibly passionate about encouraging and educating the next generation of designers, a commitment that has continued throughout her career growth.
