Strato Create secures €167,400 to revolutionise architectural workflows

Strato Create, an architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) startup, has secured a €167,400 bridge round investment to accelerate its expansion into international markets and enhance its cloud-based automation platform. The company's platform automates home design, estimation, and sales, reducing early design processes by up to 80%.

By utilising advanced mathematical optimisation models and real-time builder data, Strato Create produces production-ready designs instantly, eliminating inefficiencies and costly errors. The platform allows users to create, modify, and visualise designs, compare builders, select architects, and manage communication in one place. Architects can input factors such as site dimensions, regulations, and client preferences, generating multiple design options with price estimations, 3D visualisation, and energy calculations.

Co-founders Beatrice Laurinkute and Jokubas Vaisvila lead the company, with Laurinkute having a background in creative industries and real estate, and Vaisvila specialising in engineering, BIM, and digital construction. Their previous innovations include Europe's largest 3D printer and a modular housing system.

'The construction industry clings to outdated workflows, resisting the innovation reshaping every other sector,' said Laurinkute. 'By leveraging builder data and advanced algorithms, we're replacing inefficiency with intelligence and fragmentation with seamless collaboration.'

Audrius Dzikevicius, lead business angel of the round, praised Strato Create for its 'impressive track record of innovation'. He added, 'Their solution addresses a universal challenge for anyone designing and outfitting spaces.'
