Sleep Number Corporation has announced the appointment of Linda Findley as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective 7 April 2025. She will also join the company's Board of Directors, succeeding Shelly Ibach, who previously declared her intention to retire in October 2024. Ibach will remain Board Chair until the 2025 Annual Meeting, after which Phillip M. Eyler will assume the role. Independent Lead Director Michael J. Harrison will retire from the Board at the same time.

Findley brings extensive experience in leading consumer brands that integrate digital and physical products. She previously served as CEO of Blue Apron Holdings, where she led a turnaround strategy culminating in the company's sale in 2023. Before that, she was Chief Operating Officer at Etsy, overseeing global operations, marketing, and brand strategy.
Eyler expressed confidence in Findley, stating that her leadership will drive Sleep Number's ongoing transformation and align with the company's mission to enhance lives through personalised sleep solutions. The Board's unanimous decision followed a rigorous selection process with input from all independent directors.
Findley described her appointment as an "honour" and emphasised her commitment to advancing the company's business transformation and identifying new growth opportunities.
Eyler, who will succeed Ibach as Board Chair, previously served as CEO of Gentherm Incorporated, where he implemented a successful growth strategy. Harrison, retiring after 13 years on the Board, expressed optimism about Sleep Number's future under its new leadership.
The leadership transition coincides with Sleep Number's announcement of its fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year 2024 financial results.
