Kumulo received the award in the Product – Lighting category, standing out for its refined design and exceptional craftsmanship. Selected from nearly 11,000 entries from 66 countries, this achievement highlights our commitment to creating enduring and sustainable lighting.
Designed by architect Seppo Koho, Kumulo captivated the 131-member international jury, earning its place among the best. This recognition reaffirms our dedication to thoughtful design, high-quality materials, and expert craftsmanship.
Kumulo 5200 pendant lamp: enchanting undulation
What would a puffy cumulus cloud look like as a wooden lamp from Secto Design? How about snow-crowned fir trees in Lapland that are transformed into shimmering statues by the thick layers of snow?
Both of these inspired architect Seppo Koho, as he started designing Kumulo, our latest pendant lamp, that receives its name from the cumulus cloud.
