C.P. Hart has announced the appointment of Dean Weston as its new Managing Director, effective from 31 March. This follows the retirement of Paul Rowland, who will step down on 31 July.

Weston brings extensive retail and operational leadership experience, particularly in the bathroom and home improvement sectors. Most recently, he spent three years at ScS Furniture as Sales, Operations, and Marketing Director, overseeing store performance, customer strategy, and digital transformation. Before that, he served as Managing Director at Commodore Kitchens, focusing on the new build and contracts sector.
C.P. Hart stated that Weston's expertise will be instrumental in driving growth and strengthening the company's position among both trade professionals and consumers. The company expressed confidence in his ability to bring "a wealth of experience and energy" to the role.
Weston's leadership is expected to support C.P. Hart's expansion plans while maintaining its strong reputation in the bathroom industry.
