Currently based at Greenbank Industrial Estate, MyLife stated that it has outgrown its existing premises. The new site, located on the Warrenpoint-end of the estate, will provide additional capacity to 'deliver excellence to our customers.'
Founded in 2013 by Andrew O'Brien, MyLife has grown from a four-person team in a 10,000 sq ft warehouse to employing over 130 staff across locations in Newry, Wishaw in Scotland, and Southam in England. The company now serves more than 700 customers across the UK and Ireland.
Construction has already begun, with the building designed by Tania and Colin Dalton of CD Architects and construction led by Kelly Brothers. O'Brien described the investment as 'a reflection of our confidence in the business and our ambition for the future,' adding that the new facility would allow MyLife to expand its product range, enhance customer experience, and create new job opportunities.
Managing director Grainne Fearon said the expansion would 'strengthen our market position,' enabling the company to broaden its product offering and introduce a showroom, technical and testing area, and a training academy to support innovation and customer service.
