Workspace Design Show returns to RAI Amsterdam on 5 and 6 November

'We are building on the momentum of the first event'

After the success of the first edition in October 2023, the Workspace Design Show will return to RAI Amsterdam on 5 and 6 November 2025. The event brings together industry leaders, visionaries and a host of brands to shape the future of workspace design. With over 6000 visitors, 120+ speakers, 800+ exhibited products and various exciting features, this year promises to be the biggest and most inspiring event yet.

Founder of the show, Esha Bark-Jones: 'We are overwhelmed by the support we received during our first edition. This year's show promises to build on the momentum created during the first event by connecting the best minds in workplace design, architecture and business real estate. We are determined to deliver an inspiring and immersive experience that fosters innovation and collaboration and I cannot wait to personally welcome our visitors, speakers and exhibitors at this next edition.'

Highlights for 2025 include:

  • The FRAME Awards, taking place during the show, celebrating excellence in workplace design.
  • Three conferences with inspiring discussions from leading global companies such as Booking.com, Amazon, Zoom, Ubisoft, and influential A&D figures from Gensler, UNStudio, HENN, CBRE, Colliers and Arcadis.
  • A line-up of brands, including Vitra, Interface, VEPA, Artifort, Pedrali, Kettal, Interstuhl, Konig + Neurath, Humanscale and Palmberg, presenting pioneering solutions for workplaces.
  • Five special, experiential features designed by leading architects from UNStudio, Casper Schwarz, M Moser Associates and Mecanoo, immersing visitors in stimulating experiences.
  • A Mood board competition to celebrate creativity and innovation in workplace design, presented by the Biophilic Design Academy.

Enthusiasm from the industry
Hans Trilsbeek, now retired but formerly employed by Wilkhahn, a returning exhibitor, said, 'Our first participation in Amsterdam gives us the chance to have direct contact and meet high-quality people. The highlight is the very high level of speakers and visitors, including strong international groups. I spoke with visitors from quality companies such as Nike, the Belgian railways and the European Commission, making the event feel like an exclusive, high-quality show.'

Ellen Hermans of Rockfon added: 'The Workspace Design Show is the perfect place for us to showcase our products as a workplace-specific exhibition for our industry. The highlight is the interesting opportunity to tell the architecture and design market more about our brand and the chance to showcase our wider offering to the right audience.'

Visitor Ayca Dogan, Head of Design at CBRE: 'I would highly recommend the Workspace Design Show to professionals in the office industry. The event is not only about the exciting topics and furniture presented; it is also an excellent opportunity for networking and collaboration. The opportunity to meet new people and collaborate is invaluable.'

Timo Cardol of KAAN Architects: 'It is important to experience what is happening in the industry beyond our computer screens. The Workspace Design Show is an excellent platform for this, with a unique mix of established and emerging brands. It is a great opportunity to discover new ideas and innovations that can shape the future of design.'
