Limited decline in France and continued double-digit growth in Europe

Miliboo reports improved trends in Q3 2024-2025 amidst challenging market conditions

Miliboo, the digital furniture brand, has announced its revenue figures for the third quarter (1 November 2024 – 31 January 2025) and the first nine months of the 2024-2025 financial year.

Improved resilience in Q3 2024-2025
Miliboo recorded revenue of €11.1 million for the third quarter of 2024-2025, representing a limited decline of -3.9% compared to the same period in 2023-2024. This quarterly performance reflects a -2% drop in sales volume and a -1.9% price effect, mainly due to product mix changes.

Revenue in France amounted to €9.2 million (-7.5%), a decline that was notably less pronounced than in the first half of the financial year, thanks to strong performance during key retail events such as Black Friday and the winter sales.

Internationally, Miliboo experienced robust growth, with sales increasing by +19.3% to €1.9 million, driven by gains in Germany, Spain, and Italy.

Guillaume Lachenal, Chairman and CEO of Miliboo, commented: 'We have demonstrated greater resilience in the third quarter, with revenue remaining closer to last year's levels, thanks in particular to a strong Black Friday and a dynamic sales period, which helped mitigate the impact of the economic climate in France. Our international sales have continued their positive trajectory since the start of the financial year. In this context, we remain focused on carefully managing our gross margin rate and costs.'

Nine-month revenue exceeds €30 million
For the first nine months of 2024-2025, Miliboo's revenue totalled €30.0 million, marking a -9.7% decline compared to the previous year. This downturn is primarily attributed to lower sales volumes in the first half, while the average order value remained relatively stable.

In France, revenue stood at €24.9 million (-13.3%), impacted by challenges in the new housing market. The decline was mainly observed in e-commerce channels, whereas in-store sales remained close to the previous year's levels.

International sales grew by +13.3% to €5.1 million, reflecting the brand's increasing recognition in neighbouring European markets.

Outlook
Miliboo does not anticipate a significant market improvement in the final months of the financial year and remains cautious. However, the comparison base is expected to become progressively more favourable, particularly at the beginning of the next financial year.

The company continues to optimise its product offerings to meet customer expectations while maintaining a strong focus on gross margin management and cost control.

Next financial update
Miliboo will report its annual revenue for 2024-2025 on 5 June 2025 (after market close).
