Furniture collection inspired by nature to debut at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025

Prioritising furniture for a domestic landscape in harmony with the environment to further human wellbeing, the collection ADAL / Look into Nature is enriched on the occasion of Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025 with three new proposals: the lounge chair HAORI and table MONN, signed by Canuch, and the wall panel NAGARE by Stone Designs.

The new collection is an expression that leaves an impression of a strong connection with nature. 'Nature is not separate from human beings; rather, human beings are an extension of it', as Yosuke Kinoshita, head of Canuch, explains. 'This philosophy reflects the deep bond that Japan has with nature. Look into Nature is our emerging brand - it embodies the vision of a sustainable society inspired by this perspective. The theme of the 2025 collection is WEAVERS, which captures the profound connection between the cultural heritage, the materials, and craftsmanship in Japan: a theme that unites weavers, dyers, and furniture manufacturers in a common creative movement. By embracing the organic qualities of the reed and enhancing its beauty with woven patterns that generate curvy and graceful shapes, the collection gives life to this vision'.

The Haori lounge chair by Canuch is inspired by a kimono jacket that is closely draped around the seat, which has a bearing structure in wood. Made in natural fibre, it has wavy shapes that bring out its distinctive traits and offers a generous space for intimate and comfortable relaxation thanks to its soft padded cushions.

Also by Canuch, the MONN table combines a geometric reed structure with a circular crystal top to enhance its transparency. An authentic design sculpture, it stands out due to the 'ethereal contours' of its base, which are inspired on the concept of osmosis that distinguishes the relationship between the Japanese garden and the adjacent interior spaces. MONN is available in two sizes.

The decorative wall panel NAGARE, signed by Stone Designs, conveys its concept already in its name (which means "to flow" in Japanese). Thanks to the flexibility of its material, it flows on the wall like water, adapting to the surface and making it organic and natural, with a 'waterfall' effect. The idea behind this project also bears some resemblance to the typical Spanish tent from Alicante, which is designed to provide both shade and ventilation.

NAGARE flows like a magic carpet, creating patterns and infinite combinations in complete freedom, even in a corner setting. By decontextualising the traditional use of the reed and giving it a new meaning, the designers have created an elegant and minimal piece, which can dress and warm up the walls of any interior, making them vibrant and "alive".

They will showcase 8 to 13 April 2025 at Salone del Mobile.Milano, Pavilion 14 - stand E30.

Press Day at the fair
