19-year-old Ajax defender Jorrel Hato has bought a luxury flat in Amsterdam's Zuidas district. The 141-square-metre flat cost 1.65 million euros and offers several exclusive facilities, including a private spa with swimming pool, sauna and concierge service.
Located on the 14th floor, the flat features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end Gaggenau appliances and a built-in coffee and wine cabinet. In addition, the flat offers panoramic views of Amsterdam and an 11-square-metre south-facing balcony.
Hato, who recently celebrated his 19th birthday, took out a 1.75 million euro mortgage for the purchase. The flat meets the highest energy efficiency requirements, with energy label A.
