Salone del Mobile defines a new edition of the fair that makes tangible the relationship between human beings and matter, themes that are very close and dear to Pimar and the new creative direction led by Gumdesign.
The new collections - Sospese, Fattidipietra and Centro - designed by Gumdesign for Pimar tell the story of Puglia, its spontaneous architecture, its traditions and the deep bond between man and nature as a project that is born from matter and develops between memory and innovation.
The theme of architecture, contemporary design and high craftsmanship are at the centre of an exhibition and design path, becoming a stimulus for the visitor who can assimilate materials, processing techniques and expressive potential of limestone and more.
Based in the heart of Salento, Pimar is known for its unique tradition in the manufacturing of limestone.
While it's loyal to its tradition and its history rooted in the past, Pimar is also capable of engaging brilliant experimentations as a productive process that for four generations has embodied the essence of Italian manufacturing skills applied to the treatment and celebration of a millenary stone.
