XXXLutz has reopened its Flensburg furniture store following a six-month renovation. The store, located on Schäferweg, remained operational throughout the remodel, which focused on modernising the 10,000 square metre sales area.
The renovation involved structural changes, including a redesigned layout, new flooring, and the introduction of around 650 interior designs. The store now features a brighter aesthetic and an extensive new baby department. Additionally, the product range has expanded to include more well-known manufacturers and exclusive brands such as Joop!, Voglauer, and the XXXLutz in-house brands "Bio:Vio", "Ambia", and Dieter Knoll. A new lighting department has also been established to meet the growing demand for smart home products.
Digital innovation was a key aspect of the remodel. Over 100 digital screens guide customers through the store and display product information. Digital pricing is now standard, and customers can use tablets to visualise interior designs and create 3D kitchen models.
Store manager Ralf Michna stated that the goal was to stay 'ahead of the times' and offer an 'exceptional ambiance'. He highlighted the increase in product variety and the focus on customer-centric services, emphasising that 'people are our top priority'.
The store's modernised environment and expanded offerings aim to strengthen XXXLutz's presence in Flensburg while maintaining its commitment to quality service and competitive pricing.
