CIFF Guangzhou 2025:

An extraordinary turnout propelling the future of the global furniture industry

The 55th CIFF Guangzhou concluded on March 31, reaffirming its position as the world's largest and most influential furniture exhibition. The event marked significant achievements with record-breaking exhibitor participation, visitor numbers, and heightened international engagement.

This year's edition spanned 850,000 square metres, hosting over 4,900 domestic and international exhibitors—a new high. The fair attracted 363,825 professional visitors from 187 countries and regions, with overseas attendance reaching 56,794, marking a 10.91% year-on-year increase. The success of CIFF Guangzhou highlights its critical role in stabilising foreign trade and promoting high-quality development within the global furniture sector.

Diverse and dynamic exhibition
CIFF Guangzhou 2025 was divided into two phases, covering the entire supply chain and featuring three major sections: Home Furniture, Office & Commercial Space, and CIFM/interzum guangzhou. The exhibition aligned with global trends, sustainability, and innovative design, fostering trade opportunities and accelerating industry transformation.

Home furniture: design-driven innovation
Under the theme "Navigation," the Home Furniture segment presented advancements in creative home aesthetics, high-end interior decorations, and intelligent sleep technologies. The focus on sustainability, smart home integration, and personalised design solutions highlighted the evolving landscape of modern living. Through immersive displays and forums, attendees explored how eco-friendly materials and digital intelligence are reshaping home environments.

Office & commercial space: a sustainable workspace future
Guided by the theme "Sustainability," the Office & Commercial Space segment explored the future of workspaces, focusing on flexibility, ergonomic design, and wellness-driven solutions. A key highlight was the introduction of low-carbon and AI-powered office solutions, offering a glimpse into the next generation of sustainable work environments.

CIFM/interzum guangzhou: driving new productivity
CIFM/interzum guangzhou maintained its role as the leading platform for intelligent manufacturing and innovative materials, under the theme "Engine of New Productivity." The event emphasised digital transformation and sustainable production, fostering collaborations between world-class suppliers and manufacturers.

Global innovation and thought leadership
CIFF Guangzhou 2025 also featured 12 curated design exhibitions and over 100 forums. Highlights included the Contemporary Design Fair and CD Awards, celebrating pioneering brands and creative excellence. Global thought leaders discussed the evolving role of design at major events such as the World Design Summit and the China-Europe Summit of Interior Designers Associations. Additionally, a focus on smart healthcare solutions reflected the growing demand for innovative elderly care and medical furniture.
