At the recent "Franchise Expo Paris" trade fair, held from 15 to 17 March at the Paris Expo exhibition centre, a leading kitchen brand received the "Trophy for the Best Franchise in France" in the "Franchise Trust Rate" category. The award, presented by the independent Franchise Indicator, recognises the brand's commitment to supporting its franchisees.
The brand, established in 2000 and based in Lyon, operates 118 stores and is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The accolade was seen as a significant achievement, reflecting the company's continuous efforts to foster strong relationships within its franchise network.
According to Florence Alliou, Managing Director of the brand, the award highlights the value of building trust over time through consistent support and communication. She stated that the recognition from franchisees is particularly meaningful, as it is based on anonymous, tamper-proof votes conducted by the Franchise Indicator.
The award process involves franchisees answering around fifty questions across five categories: start-up assistance, day-to-day operations, support from the head office, overall franchisor assessment, and financial aspects. An overall satisfaction rate is calculated from the responses, forming the basis for the rankings.
The brand's management expressed pride in being recognised and emphasised their ongoing commitment to innovation and franchisee support. The award, they noted, underscores the importance of maintaining a transparent and cooperative relationship with franchise members.
