According to Annemarie Forsyth, managing director of Rituals UK & Ireland, the region remains a "dynamic and inspiring market" where growth is driven by "deepening our connection with customers." The strategy includes broadening its regional presence and strengthening operations across retail, digital, wholesale, and travel retail channels.
As part of its expansion, Rituals will unveil the UK's first Mind Oasis in October, located on Oxford Street in London. The wellness-focused concept, aimed at mental relaxation, is already established in cities such as Frankfurt, Berlin, Antwerp, and Barcelona.
CEO Raymond Cloosterman confirmed that the company plans to offer the Mind Oasis as a "plug-and-play" model for hotels, airports, and large corporations, reflecting the brand's ambition to integrate wellness into everyday spaces.
The expansion underscores Rituals' commitment to reinforcing its position as a leading premium lifestyle and wellbeing brand in the region.
