Antwerp agency WeWantMore opens studio in London

Antwerp-based design agency WeWantMore is expanding internationally with a new studio in London. After almost two decades of expertise in brand strategy and interior design in Belgium, the agency sees this as a logical step to expand its international reach. 'The portfolio is there, the quality is there, but the stage we are on is too small,' says Tom Vanhemelrijck, partner at WeWantMore. reports Made-In.

WeWantMore, founded 19 years ago under the name Pinkeye, grew from a duo of product designers into a multidisciplinary team of 40 employees in Antwerp. The agency combines branding and interior design from the first design stage, distinguishing it as a partner for total experiences, from strategy to space.

Clients include Brussels Airlines, the Sportpaleis Group, Heineken and McDonald's Global. Although the work is applied in 18 countries, its international share of sales remains limited. London was chosen because of the city's creative status and the presence of existing clients such as McDonald's Global and Intercontinental Hotels Group.

The London studio is led by Nicola Robson and Sophie Maxwell Brown, who have extensive experience in international client relations and trend research. The studio is supported from Antwerp.

WeWantMore is also focusing on sustainability. Led by creative director Ruud Belmans, the agency developed the software Monark, which measures the environmental impact of materials during the design process. This led, among other things, to a sustainable interior concept for McDonald's, applied in eighteen restaurants worldwide.

The agency strives for large-scale, high-impact projects that are both culturally and socially relevant, thus strengthening its international credibility.
