Spanish outdoor furniture brand Diabla is bringing the energy of summer into contract spaces with its latest playful designs.
"If there's one thing you miss about summer, it's its slow and relaxed pace. Its outdoor spaces with a license for colour and disarray. The anarchic schedules. The laziness. The improvised hustle and bustle. The non-clothes. Bare feet. It's the funkiest season of the year. Let's make it last!"

PLIER & MONA | White & pink.
At the heart of this approach is the PLIER chair, designed by Oiko Design Office. "The design of the monomaterial PLIER chair, small, light, stackable, durable, and for everyday use, is achieved by folding a 100% recyclable aluminium sheet, which creates a comfortable seat with gentle curves that feels like a hug."
The chair is presented as part of the Diabla Beach Club concept, "a place halfway between an impossible natural space and a constructed place that benefits from the magic and glamour of a striking staircase and the fun contrast provided by its retro amusement park kiosks."
True to the brand's ethos of versatility, the PLIER chair integrates seamlessly with other Diabla designs, including the EASY chairs by Rocío Gambín, VALENTINA UP by Alejandra Gandía-Blasco Lloret, VENT by Made Studio, the LIPSTICK armchairs by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales, the PLOID modular sofa by Romero & Vallejo, and the MONA tables by the Diabla team. Together, these elements allow for the creation of complete environments ranging from dining areas to relaxed lounge spaces, adaptable to both outdoor and indoor settings.
Diabla positions these collections as tools for architects, designers and hospitality projects seeking to infuse contract spaces with what the brand calls "funky design", vibrant, unconventional, and deeply connected to the spirit of Mediterranean living.
