A multi-channel design ecosystem
Founded more than a decade ago, Beso Lux Group combines design, craftsmanship, and technology to deliver contemporary, functional furniture with a modern European sensibility. The company collaborates with prominent online retail platforms such as Wayfair, Fonq, Home24, and Maisons du Monde, while also partnering with interior designers, property developers, and hospitality brands. Beso Lux supports its partners with comprehensive digital content packages (including professional photography, video, and product storytelling) facilitating seamless market launches and enhanced customer engagement.
"When we began, our focus was on creating beautiful, functional furniture that reflected modern European sensibilities," explains Patrycjusz Budka, Key Account Manager. "As digital commerce became the new standard, our mission evolved. We now see ourselves as partners in growth, helping retailers, designers, and online platforms bring inspiring interiors to life."
Efficient operations powered by data and partnerships
Managing a catalogue of more than 36,000 products across multiple regions requires precision and operational efficiency. Beso Lux Group leverages a data-driven infrastructure and a network of strategic partners to streamline product development, content creation, logistics, and customer experience. Annually, the company delivers over one million parcels, optimising delivery routes and lead times through advanced analytics.
"From product development and content creation to logistics and customer experience, our systems are built for flexibility," Patrycjusz notes. Sustainable practices, including efficient packaging and consolidated shipments, are embedded across operations to enhance both reliability and environmental performance.

Global design, local adaptability
Beso Lux maintains a cohesive design identity while adapting to local market needs through flexible logistics and service models. Delivery options include drop-shipping or direct warehouse distribution, with transport costs integrated into product pricing for complete transparency. Lead times are kept competitive, approximately 25 working days for sofas, with shorter schedules for smaller items. A selection of stock items ensures rapid turnaround where required. Anually the company delivers over 100,000 parcels.
Design excellence and research-driven innovation
Beso Lux's flagship brand, Micadoni, exemplifies the company's dedication to refined aesthetics and meticulous craftsmanship. "Micadoni embodies the attention to detail and consistency we bring to every project," Patrycjusz says. Design decisions are informed by continuous market research and insights gathered from global design fairs, enabling the company to balance timeless appeal with contemporary relevance.
Expanding B2B partnerships
Beso Lux Group is a trusted partner for the B2B sector, including real estate, interior design, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés). The company delivers large-scale furnishing projects, bespoke concepts, and access to premium product lines. "As part of our growth strategy, we're expanding partnerships with B2B distributors to strengthen our offline presence," Patrycjusz explains.
