DIY and home improvement retailer Wickes Group reported strong growth in the third quarter to 27 September 2025. Group revenue rose 6.9% year-on-year, with retail sales up 6.7% and design & installation revenue increasing 7.8%. Year-to-date revenue reached £1.27bn, a 6% rise on 2024, while like-for-like growth hit 5%.

The company highlighted the success of its faster Click & Collect service, now delivering in 15 minutes, boosting sales by 18% year-on-year. Wickes Rapid, offering same-day deliveries of up to 800kg, also performed well. TradePro, targeting local trade professionals, recorded 8% growth, with 632,000 active members.
CEO David Wood stated: "Sales have been driven by an increase in volumes. Within retail, our continued outperformance has seen us take further market share. In design and installation, improvements to our offer are showing through in increased demand."
Wickes continued investing in expansion, opening stores in Bury St Edmunds and Dunfermline during the quarter, with two more planned for Q4. The refit programme also added two store refurbishments. The company remains confident in its 2025 pre-tax profit forecasts and plans to issue its Q4 trading update in late January 2026.
